A journey to the root of remembering who you are, to honor what has been lived, and to walk forward with light.Each session begins with somatic work to connect with your body and your heart, guiding you toward your core emotions. This is a space to dial down the noise and go back to feeling at home within your own body.In this time together, we combine different modalities such as breathwork and intuitive movement, to gently regulate your nervous system, in a way curated to your needs.At the same time, your Akashic Records are being opened. Here, it is less about channeling answers than opening a doorway. A doorway to what your soul remembers even if your mind has forgotten, going back to the invisible roots of what hurts, repeats itself, or remains difficult to grasp. A guidance for this moment of life you are moving through.The journey within this sacred space ends with the reading of your records, where words do not come from outside, they emerge from within.What appears in the session does not seek to fix or change you, but to help you return to yourself. To your truth.Our work comes from knowing that healing is not about erasing, correcting, or forgetting anything. Healing comes from understanding. It happens when you stop escaping from your scars and start to name and accept them. It means looking directly at what hurt us and recognizing that, although you cannot undo the past, you can stop carrying it.A scar does not disappear. But it can stop hurting. And very often, it becomes a map. And when that happens… you move forward with greater lightness, with more truth, and with more soul.Welcome to this intimate, honest, and deeply therapeutic space, where you are guided with clear, loving, and non-judgmental presence.

Un viaje a la raíz para recordar quién eres, honrar lo vivido y caminar con luz.Cada sesión inicia con un trabajo somático para conectar con tu cuerpo, tu corazón e ir a la raíz de tus emociones, un espacio de pausa para bajar el ruido y volver a sentirte en casa en tu propio cuerpo.En este espacio combinamos varias modalidades como breathwork y movimiento intuitivo regulando tu sistema nervioso de forma personalizada.Paralelamente se abren tus Registros Akáshicos, donde no sólo se canalizan respuestas, sino que se abre una puerta. Una puerta hacia lo que tu alma recuerda aunque tu mente haya olvidado, hacia las raíces invisibles de lo que hoy duele, se repite o no se comprende. Una guía en tu momento vital.Se concluye el viaje dentro de este espacio sagrado, con la lectura de tus registros donde las palabras no vienen de afuera: emergen desde dentro.Lo que aparece en la sesión no busca arreglarte ni cambiarte, sino devolverte a ti mism@. A tu verdad.Trabajamos con la certeza de que sanar no es borrar, ni corregir, ni olvidar. Sanar es comprender. Es dejar de huir de nuestras cicatrices y empezar a nombrarlas. Es mirar de frente lo que nos dolió y reconocer que, aunque no podemos deshacer el pasado, sí podemos dejar de cargarlo.Una cicatriz no desaparece. Pero puede dejar de doler. Y, muchas veces, se convierte en mapa.
